Cleo Florence "Flo" Hoover Cannon FAYETTEVILLE, Tenn. - Cleo Florence "Flo" Hoover Cannon, 86, of Fayetteville, TN, passed away July 11, 2015, in Donalson Care Center in Fayetteville, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rufus Edward and Gladys Minish Hoover; three brothers and two sisters. Survivors include her children, Sarah Goodman and husband, Ralph, of Memphis, TN, Billy Cannon of Montevallo, AL, Melinda Grant and husband, Mitch, of Cherry Grove Beach, SC, Phyllis Minix and husband, Greg, of Fayetteville, TN, Ed Cannon and wife, Sandy, of Memphis, TN, Wesley Cannon and wife, Kim, of Memphis, TN; six grandchildren, Tara Bensinger, Nicholas Vause, Teryn Tant, Mallory Elliott, Jonathan Cannon and Brian Cannon; nine great-grandchildren; brother, Edgar Hoover and wife, Leila, of Batesburg, SC; and sisters, Gwen McMahan of Weatherford, TX, and Mary Jo Lewis of Raleigh, NC. Burial will be in her hometown of Batesburg, SC. In lieu of flowers, donations in Florence's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
