My grandaddy Crady Virgil Dukes who I call Pappy was a great man. He always took time for me. When I was a little girl he would take me swimming, fishing, or just sit in the yard and watch me play. I will miss him very much. He will always be in my heart. One of the last things he said to me is I love you always. He will always be loved and never be forgotten.

FOR OUR DAD: A DEVOTED HUSBAND FOR 63 YEARS, A WONDERFUL BLUE-EYED DADDY, FATHER-IN-LAW, GRANDDADDY, & GREAT GRANDDADDY. HE WAS A STRONG, QUIET MAN WHO LOVED GOD, SERVED HIS COUNTRY, & NURTURED HIS WIFE & THREE DAUGHTERS. HE PLANTED SKY-BLUE MORNING GLORIES, TAUGHT HIS GIRLS TO PLAY BALL, DEER HUNT & ENJOY THE EDISTO RIVER. HE LIVED FOR HIS WIFE, GRANDKIDS AND HIS ENTIRE FAMILY. DADDY LOVED THE GAMECOCKS & THE BRAVES AND BELIEVED EVERYONE SHOULD WORK HARD.
PAPPY WILL BE IN OUR HEARTS FOREVER. WE WILL LOVE YOU ALWAYS.
SAVE A DANCE FOR ME,DADDY.

I am so sorry about the passing of cousin Crady. He will be missed, not only by your family, but by everyone that knew him. I personally will miss seeing him because he looked so much like my grandfather, Peter Dukes. It always gave me happy memories because of that. My condolences to the entire family . You are in my prayers. Love to all.

Aunt Nollie:
I loved Uncle Crady. He was always good to me growing up. He was always soft spoken and let me and Nank get away with anything. He will be missed and we have to let go but the memories he left will always be with us. God Bless and Keep you. Love you,Sue
