I remember Dee as an active beekeeper in the local bee association. He was always there and ready to spread good cheer and fellowship among the beginners and seasoned beekeepers. He will be missed.

Dee was an active local keeper of honey bees. I first met Dee at a club spring honey bee distribution event. He was kind, personable, and easy going. I did not know it then but later learned that these traits are beneficial for keeping bees. I'll always keep that snapshot in my mind of him, with a smile on his face, leaning against a car talking bees with friends.

Dee was one of the sweetest and kindest men I have ever known. He and Maureen's kindness after the death of my son,I will never forget. I knew I could call on them any time I needed them.
Rest in peace his good and faithful servant. My prayers continue to be with you Maureen, but we know he is walking the streets of gold. No longer in pain and no longer suffering. Call on me whenever you need me.
