Mrs. Gaymon,

Please know that my family and I are deeply saddened by your loss. While I only knew Dean for a short period of time, he was like a relative. I say this because of the impact he had on my son, Jay, who said "Mr. Gaymon treated me like I was his son." Just know that we are in the Morning Brooke subdivision and I will treat DeFarra like my son, too.

God Bless You and Your Children,

I just recently met Mr. Gaymon at an event on June 3, 2010. I must say that I was excited, because I felt I had just met a new friend. His personality made me feel as though we had known each other forever. I was saddened to here that when I first met him that would be the beginning and end of a friendship. I am gratefull to God that I was able to meet and know a nice guy as him even though it was just for one evening.

As the days and weeks pass, and as his family and friends return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and prayers of others like me.

May God's Grace & Peace be with you all through these difficult days ahead.

The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart, And saves such as have a contrite spirit.
Psalm 34:18

Though we may not understand why this tragedy occurred we know that truth and justice will prevail and that God is with you. Stay strong in your faith because it will bring you through. You are in God's loving arms and are lovingly being held in prayer.

... what is it to cease breathing, but to free the breath from its restless tides, that it may rise and expand and seek God unencumbered? Only when you drink from the river of silence shall you indeed sing. And when you have reached the mountain top, then you shall begin to climb. And when the earth shall claim your limbs, then shall you truly dance.
