Columbia, South Carolina - Mrs. Faye Ann Holland was born on February 8, 1941, in Columbia, South Carolina. She was the oldest of four children born to the late James Willie Abrams, Sr. and Beulah Rickard Abrams. She departed this life on Sunday, February 6, 2022.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Nicole Halliett Holland of Columbia, and four grandchildren: Darrien Rahshaad Holland of St. Louis, Missouri, whom she raised and loved as her own, and DeForest Darrett Williams of Columbia, South Carolina, Mikayla Nichel Swindler of Lexington, Kentucky and Mikale James Swindler of Hopkinsville, Kentucky; a brother, Rev. Dr. James Willie Abrams, Jr. (Marilyn Hudgens); a nephew whom she loved and cherished as a baby brother, Willie James Abrams, Sr., also of Columbia; a brother-in-law, Frank Hart, III of Columbia, a brother-in-law, Mack Henry Holland (Brenda Williams) of Aiken, South Carolina, three sisters-in-law, Delores Alfreda Stewart of North Augusta, South Carolina, Gloria Loretta Holland Curry and Brenda Joyce Lloyd (Daniel) both of Aiken, South Carolina; nieces; nephews; great-nieces; great-nephews; and many other loving relatives and friends, all of whom will miss her dearly.
A homegoing celebration will be held Friday, February 11, 2022, 11 am at Bible Way Church of Atlas Road, 2440 Atlas Road, Columbia, SC 29209.
