Mrs. Cochran died Saturday, January 10, 2009. Born in Eastover, she was the daughter of Evella J. Walters and the late Leroy Walters. She was a member of St Matthews Church. Florence also served as a Spiritual Life coordinator and on the Decor Committee for the Piedmont District.
She is lovingly survived by her son, Eric Cochran, and four grandchildren.

Florence was a quiet, kind dedicated person. We worked with her at the Dept. of Mental Health for many years. She was well liked on the job. My family members, also from Eastover SC send our condolences to her son and other family members.
