Franklin Wayne "JR" Kell Jr. ORANGEBURG - Franklin Wayne "JR" Kell Jr., 41, of Orangeburg, husband of Jimilyn Smith Kell passed away Thursday, January 25, 2018. A funeral service will be held 2 P.M. Sunday, January 28, 2018 at Dukes-Harley Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. JR was born June 23, 1976, to the late Gail Elaine Sharpe and Franklin Wayne Kell, Sr. He graduated from Gilbert High School and was the owner and operator of Kell Trucking, LLC. He attended First Presbyterian Church, in Orangeburg. He loved his family and was passionate about all things having to do with trucks and trucking. Survivors include his wife, Jimilyn, of the home; his son, Kaden Smith Kell; a step-brother, William Eugene Hudson, Jr., of Pelion; and his father, Franklin Wayne Kell, Sr., of Orangeburg.
