I knew the Harrington girls when they were campers at (then) Camp Interlaken in NC. Three lovely girls, I was a camp counselor at the time. Knew them two consecutive summers. Karen was hoping to be a junior counselor, and my co-cabin counselor, Linda, and I sometimes played cards with her. She was very sweet. Becky was in our cabin, another sweetie. And Diane was a sparkling live wire!! All wonderful to have at the camp. Something made me look the girls up today just in case I might find something about them online. So sad to learn of Karen's untimely death. So glad I knew her for two dear summers of a carefree camp life in the NC mountains. Sincere condolences to the family. Love, Carol Johnson Cameron

I am so sorry to her about Karen. We dated briefly, and I have real fond memories of her. It was a short span, but we had lots of fun. I have thought of her often and still go by the house in Windsor Lake.
