Dear Neal and Family,
God has received another dear angel in heaven! I remember growing up as a child literally in the backyard of my parent's home to Dr. and Mary Elbert Dickert. Sometimes, my siblings and I would eagerly await for Mrs. Dickert to come outside to do her gardening so we could ask her if it was o.k. to come over and play basketball on their court. She would always welcome us with open arms. Other times, we would ride our big wheels down her concrete driveway because the slope often made our big wheels gain momentum and go much faster! On other days, she would invite us into her cool art studio to explore our talents. It was so awesome! I was always knocking on her door to sell her girl scout cookies! Still other memories was when she would take us to McDonalds for a hot fudge sundae! Then, as I approached preteen years her Christmas gifts were one of a kind such as the time she gave me a red umbrella with my initials on it that she had done herself! How cool was that? Then, came my biggest adventure yet, college, and she gave me a laundary bag and a set of towels and washcloths all with my initials on them! I loved them for no one else had personalized items like she had given me! Then, let's not forget Christmas when she would always bake gingerbread cookies that were out of this world that she had made herself! They were so delicious! She will be truly missed, but never forgotten!
Sincerely,
Tanya and Kelly Amaker, Brittany. Mariah, and Braylen
