Mr. Cannon and I did not know each other personally very well--we ran across each other in the dressing room of the Drew. A friend of Mr. Cannon told me of his passing. I extend to his family and friends my condolences. I know you will miss him and so will I. Pleasantries between acquaintences, however casual, are the glue and mortar of society and part of the joy of being alive and sharing that joy with your fellow man.
