Reginald Cook Obituary

Reginald Bernard Cook Sr. COLUMBIA Funeral services for Mr. Reginald Bernard Cook, Sr. will be held Wednesday 11:00 a.m. at the Leevy's Funeral Home, Taylor Street Chapel. Interment with military honors will follow in the Ft. Jackson National Cemetery. Visitation will be held this evening beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Cook was a 1975 graduate of Eau Claire High School. He is survived by his wife, Gwendolyn Schumpert Cook; sons, Reginald, Jr. and Jonathan Matthew Cook; daughter, Tanisha (Kevin) Suber; mother, Rubelle Hawkins Cook; two grandchildren; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
