We loved Mrs. Ruby very much. I know that she is happy that she is with her Lord and Savior and of course Mr. Tommie. She and Mr. Tommie will both hold a very special place in my heart for all the love and kindness that showed to my family in diffucult times. You my friend, will be truly missed. With God's unending love, Mike and Cheryl Close, Stephen and Ashleigh (Allendale, SC)

Mrs. Brabham instilled in us a desire to achieve. She was a tough teacher, always pushing us to do our best. Underneath that tough exterior was a warm, loving, and caring person who, after having many conversations with her when I was grown, loved all her "children" dearly. She was a Christian woman who dedicated her life to her students, not only in school, but in Church as well. I will miss her very much, but I will always carry her memory with me.

I graduated with a MS in Mathematics from Clemson, but the best math teacher I ever had was Ms. Brabham. She serves as a role model of what a teacher should be-professional and firm but caring with the ultimate goal being that a child had learned when the child left her classroom. I wish my children had had someone like her to teach them. My condolences and prayers are with her family as we have truly lost a wonderful lady and teacher.
