Mrs. Watts was born in Leesville, SC, to the late Perry and Linda Steele Anderson. She was married to the late Raymond Watts. She was a member of First Calvary Baptist Church. She had worked for Burlington Industries. She enjoyed cooking.
Surviving are her sons, Richard Willis of Lexington, Vernon Willis, Jr of Leesville; daughters and sons-in-law, Francis (David) Morris of Charlotte, NC, Rosie Cole of Leesville, Miriam Barnes of Leesville, Juanita (Hank) Clamp of Leesville; sister, Rae Golf of Lexington; 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Judy Williams and Rachel Warren.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 â€' 8:00 p.m. Sunday, September 11, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home, other times at the home of her daughter, Rosie Cole. Milton Shealy Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
