Mr. Rauch entered into eternal rest Thursday, May 21, 2009. Born in Lexington County, he was a son of the late Willie Ernest and Corrie Amick Rauch. He was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church where he taught Sunday school for 50 years, was a member of the Lexington County Dist. # 1 School Board for 20 years where he touched many young people’s lives. He was a farmer.
Surviving are his wife, Kathleen Price Rauch, brother, Talmadge Rauch of Gilbert, sisters, Corrie Mae McCartha and Virginia Harmon of Lexington, Elsie McCartha of Vero Beach FL, extended family, Buddy and Kathy Taylor and family, Daniel and Shirley Buck, God sons, Christopher Monts Rauch and Justin Daniel Buck. He was predeceased by a son, Charles Marion Rauch, and a daughter, Patricia Amelia Rauch, brothers, Clyde, Jake and his twin, Callie Rauch, sisters, Alma Caughman and Janie Rauch.
