Columbia, South Carolina - Tina Todd, a lifelong resident of Columbia, South Carolina, was born on March 18, 1933, to Leona and Ernest Skinner. She passed away peacefully on November 27, 2025.
She was a graduate of Dreher High School.
Tina was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She left an enduring legacy of dedication and inspiration to many adults and teens in her more than 30 years working at Dentsville High School, Spring Valley High School, and Richland Northeast High School. She was known and admired over those many years for her endless vitality and outgoing personality.
Tina was an active and committed member of Forest Lake Presbyterian Church for over 50 years. She was also an avid reader and passionate University of South Carolina Gamecocks fan.
Tina was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 70 years, Carl Todd, and her beloved eldest son, Gregory Todd.
She is survived by daughters Teri Hanson (Joe), Lauri Truesdale (Jody), son Marc Todd (Teri), and daughter-in-law, Rhonda Todd. She also is survived by grandchildren Bryan Hanson (Molly), Derrick Hanson (Meghan), Jordan Urban (Robert), Sarah Truesdale, Todd Truesdale (Bindi), Michael Todd (Katherine), Haley Dickens (Lee), Kinsey Todd, Evan Todd, and nine great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday, January 25, 2026, at 2 p.m. at Forest Lake Presbyterian Church, 6500 N. Trenholm Road, Columbia, SC.
The family requests that memorial donations in Tina's honor be made to Forest Lake Presbyterian Church, 6500 N Trenholm Road, Columbia, SC 29206.

I knew Tina as a teenager. She was outgoing, courteous and attractive. She was a relative of the Corley family that I knew. My most sincere condolences to the family. May she rest in eternal peace.
