Troy departed this earthly life on Thursday, January 6, 2011. He was born in Alexandria, Louisiana to James Dale Dover and Dell-Ann McGlothlin.
Surviving are his loving wife, Kendal Wiseman Dover; his loving daughters, Cheyenne Wiseman and Gabriel Brantley; his mother, Dell-Ann McGlothlin; his father and stepmother, James and Barbara Dover; and a host of other loving relatives and friends who will miss him dearly. www.greenlawnmemorialparkandfh.com

I'm so sorry for your loss & am sorry that I missed seeing the notice until now. I pray God's blessings on your family as you grieve for your dear loved one. I know you miss him already. I know what you are going through as I lost my husband also. I know God will surround you with His love & pray He'll give you peace & only good memories of Troy. I worked with Troy at the USGS. He was always pleasant, and would drop by my office now and then to chat. I liked him very much, and am so sorry to hear that he is gone. May God bless and comfort y'all. If I had known about his service in time, I would certainly have been there.

I feel fortunate that I was able to share some great times with Troy. I always looked forward to anytime we spent together because he was clever and always ready with a sarcastic remark. Thank you for sharing some of your short time here with me. Troy, you had a smile that could not help but spread to anyone in your presences.
Kendal, thank you for sharing such a wonderful man with me and my family. We are all blessed to have known him.

I am so sorry for your loss. Troy was a wonderful person and a great friend. He was like a brother to me. We worked together at USGS for many years. We are so incredibly sorry. Troy was a great husband, good father, wonderful son - and always a good friend. We will miss him, but we know he is keeping an eye on his girls - no matter what.

Troy was a wonderful person. Even though we fought constantly, I still consider him my dad. I love him more than he'll ever know, and I wish I could have told him. I miss him more and more every day. I know I have a guardian looking over me now, and I know I'll always be safe. I love you, Troy.
