Verbe Temples BATESBURG Verbe Temples, 78, passed away Saturday, March 03, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Monday, March 5, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Hulon Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Robert Patterson officiating. Active pallbearers are Andrew Temples, Cory Rish, Roston Temples, Brandon Corder, Ray Temples and Jody Temples. Verbe was born in Batesburg, SC the son of the late WW Temples Sr. and Julia Bedenbaugh Temples. He was proud owner of Temples Auto Parts and Car Crushing. Surviving are his wife, Lucy L. Temples; sons and daughter-in-law, Russell Temples (Alisha); Wallace Temples (Melanie); daughters and sons-in-law, Judy Casey (Deron) all of Batesburg; Wanda Addy (Danny) of Leesville; sister, Jeanette Kyzer; eight grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents; brothers, WW Temples Jr., Albert Temples and Lewis Temples. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 PM Sunday, March 4, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home, other times at the home of Lucy Temples.
