Angie T. Dupree

1923 - 2023

Angie T. (Brogna) Dupree, age 99, a lifelong resident of Mansfield passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at the Daggett-Crandall-Newcomb Home in Norton. She was the beloved wife of the late Ralph E. Dupree, who died on December 2, 1999.

Born in Mansfield, MA on June 5, 1923, she was a loving daughter of the late Alessandro and Elvira (Rossi) Brogna.

Angie grew up in Mansfield, attended Mansfield Schools and received a certificate in Beautician. Prior to retiring, she had worked at Codex and the Sweet Manufacturing Company in Mansfield and when younger was a self-employed hairdresser in downtown Mansfield.

A lifelong communicant of Saint Mary's Church in Mansfield, Angie was always happiest when in the presence of her adoring family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed the simple pleasures of relaxing at home and will always be remembered with a smile for her exceptional cooking skills.

She was the devoted mother of Deborah M. Bortolotti and her husband Paul of Foxborough and the late Ronald C. Dupree. She was the cherished grandmother of Brian F. Bortolotti of Foxborough and Kristen J. Bortolotti of Foxborough. She was the dear sister of the late Anne Zaffini and Mary Lovely. She is also survived by her loving nieces and nephews.

Burial will be held privately on Friday, May 26th at Saint Mary's Cemetery in Mansfield. Visiting hours are omitted.
