Armand Louis Lapierre

Armand Louis Lapierre of Attleboro, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at 89 years of age. Beloved husband of Loretta (MacDougald) Lapierre of Attleboro of 70 years. Son of the late Beatrice (Meunier) and Leo O. Lapierre. Loving father of Linda Lapierre Beith of Attleboro and her late husband James Beith, Jr.; Paul Lapierre and his wife Elaine (Cooper) of N. Attleboro; Susan Lapierre Keith of N. Attleboro and her late husband Bradley Keith; Peter Lapierre of Collins, GA; Carol Lapierre Glenn and her husband George of Holiday, FL; Laurie Lapierre Ringuette and her husband Paul of Attleboro; Michele Lapierre Doherty and her husband Brendan of Narragansett, RI; Maria Lapierre MacDonald and her husband Mitchell of N. Attleboro; and Christopher Lapierre and his wife Jennifer (DeMello) of Warren, RI. Cherished grandfather of 24 and great grandfather of 36. Adored brother of the late Leo Jr. Lapierre and his wife Florence; and Roy Lapierre. Son-in-law to the late Loretta (Reynolds) and Joseph MacDougald. Armand also leaves numerous nieces and nephews.Armand was born in Pawtucket, RI and graduated from St. Raphael Academy. He worked as a publisher and printer of the Regional Recorder Newspaper, servicing the 4 ?surrounding towns. He also owned L&A Enterprises Trucking Company and in Tampa, FL, Armand and his wife owned Graphic Arts Resources, a book printing company. He retired as a printing broker. Armand enjoyed boating, fishing, creating wooden articles; including 50 cuckoo clocks and bird houses.The Lapierre family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Christopher Heights and Madonna Manor as well as the caring support of Hope Hospice.Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 from 5-7 PM at Duffy-Poule Funeral Home, 20 Peck Street, Attleboro. A funeral will be conducted on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at 9 AM from the Duffy-Poule Funeral Home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM at St. John the Evangelist Church, 133 N. Main St., Attleboro. Burial will follow at Mt.
