Camarena M. DiMarzio

1937 - 2020

Camarena M. Di Marzio, age 83, passed away peacefully on October 4, 2020 at Rhode Island Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Cesare and Irene (Jackson) DiMarzio.

Camarena was born in Foxborough on July 15, 1937. She spent her working life as a CNA, helping the sick and elderly. She enjoyed sports, cooking, a good meal and a good movie. She also enjoyed shopping and decorating. She loved living in Rhode Island and could give directions to any location in the Greater Providence area. She will be missed for her spunk and resourcefulness.

Loving mother of the late Cynthia Peterson, William Peterson and George Peterson. The youngest of thirteen siblings she is survived by Roger and his wife Joanne DiMarzio, and the late Guglielmo, John, Alexander, Fermino, Yolanda, Norgio, Virgilia, Amelia, Irene, Nancy and Dino. Beloved sister-in-law of Ruth DiMarzio, Ardith DiMarzio, Ralph Brooks and Helen DiMarzio. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a graveside service on Thursday, October 15 at 1 PM at St. Mary's Cemetery, Foxborough with adherence to COVID-19 precautions and social distancing.
