Thinking about Mrs. McCann Black right now. She was the sweetest presence to be around.

To Jen's family:
Jen was a wonderful, interesting, and resourceful teacher who I worked with at King Philip High School. Her projects included lots of library research for her students which extended greatly their understanding of a particular unit. Her use of the high school library's resources and suggestions for additions to the collection were always greatly appreciated.

On behalf of all of the Anselmian Abbey Players of Saint Anselm College I write to recall the energizing spark and spirit and strength of performance that Jen brought to the Dana Center stage! This image captures a wonderful moment from the opening sequence of The Taming of the Shrew in fall 2004. We will always remember Jen, especially, as Biandella, servant to Lucentio in this production. The Players were blessed to experience Jen as a performer and friend and free giver of joy. Our hearts are so heavy upon the passing of another "Abbey." Dr. Magnuson

Thankful to have met mrs McCann my freshman year at KP. Always very supportive and kind, but tough enough to make me want to do good in her class. Prayers to her son and husband and all of her friends and family during this time. You aren't alone.
