Patricia Ann (Fournier) Farinelli of Attleboro, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 80 years of age. Beloved wife of Gerald J. Farinelli of 60 years. Daughter of the late Edward J. and Alice (Osborn) Fournier. Loving mother of Valerie Coogan and her husband Timothy of Attleboro; Michael Farinelli and his wife Lynn of Pawtucket, RI; Lisa Smith and her husband Dana of Spring Hill, FL; and Kricket Proulx and her husband James of Attleboro. Cherished grandmother of Kira Poisson and her husband Dennis; Michael Coogan and his wife Addy; Julie Coogan; Jillian Smith; Devyn Smith; Hannah Proulx and the late Joseph Farinelli. Adored sister of the late Jean DiBona. Patricia also leaves many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Patricia was born in Leominster, MA where she attended high school and was a graduate of the Class of 1959 along with her husband Gerald. She moved to Attleboro in 1971 where she was a homemaker taking pride in raising her children. Over the years, Patricia worked in several different settings until finally retiring from the Christmas Tree Shops as a Customer Service Representative.

Patricia was an avid New England Patriots fan, she enjoyed bingo, concerts and traveling. Some of her favorite experiences were the sights and sounds of New Orleans, river boat cruising the Mississippi River, the tradition of bull fighting in Mexico, enjoying cold beer at the Octoberfest in Munich, Germany and hiking the Black Forest. Of all her traveling experiences, her favorite was spending time at the family camp each summer at Salisbury Beach. She loved snuggling with her dogs, planting flowers, and picking lilacs. But most of all, Patricia loved Christmas time with her family. She enjoyed decorating for the holidays while blasting Johnny Mathis Christmas songs, making her famous homemade Italian cookies and decorating her giant Fraser Fir Christmas trees.
She will be truly missed by all!
