She was a graduate of Attleboro High School and had a long and fulfilling career working in the business office of the Sun Chronicle Newspaper for 36 years. In retirement, Priscilla worked part time at Visiting Angels.

Fondly remembered as an awesome cook, Priscilla was famous for her meatballs, lasagna, and brownies. She enjoyed an array of hobbies, from knitting to playing Scrabble and War, and could often be found enjoying a game of dice with her friend Joyce or taking an occasional trip to the casino with her knitting group.

Priscilla is survived by her children, Sandra Linhares of Garden Grove, CA, Steven Petit and his wife Renee of Stuart, FL, Michael Petit and his partner Dina Romero Bliss both of Plainville and Linda Travers and her partner Kevin Chaisty both of Attleboro, She leaves behind a loving legacy in her grandchildren, Jonathan Linhares, Jared Linhares, Robert Doveno, Derek Petit, Joseph Travers, and Timothy Travers. Her joy was multiplied with the addition of her great-grandchildren Ellie, Nora, and Sawyer Travers, Peyton Linhares, Addison and Ella Petit, and Daniel Petit. Priscilla also leaves behind her beloved dog "Murphy"

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ernest J. Petit, her parents, Joseph and Monica (Mulligan) Walsh and by her siblings, Robert Walsh, Gladys McEndy, and Margaret Megliola and her partner in crime Janet Savastano.

The family would like to offer a special thanks to Philip Hulitar Hospice Center.

Priscilla was a wonderful part of our knitting group. I loved sharing pictures of our families with each other. Whether it was knitting or having lunch together she was so much fun to be around. We will miss her. Our condolences to the family. May you be comforted by the many memories you have.

Heaven has definitely gained a very special Angel... Priscilla was such an asset to The Sun Chronicle but more importantly a great friend to all. The laughs she and I shared often got some looks from others because we always ended up in tears we laughed so hard!!!! A super lady! My thoughts and prayers to all the family and friends who had the pleasure of knowing this beautiful lady! Rest in Peace my friend... Until we meet again! xoxo

Priscilla was always a sweetheart during her long career in The Sun Chronicle's business office. Always with a smile on her face and ready with kind words for her fellow employees, Priscilla was a joy to have as a co-worker. My most sincere condolences to her family and friends.
