Robert H. Nemet, 86, passed away on November 7, 2021. He was the husband of the late Joan (Bernard) Nemet.

Bob was born in Boston and was the son of the late Henry and Mary (Kirchdofer) Nemet.

Bob served his country in the US Army and was employed as a carpenter for many years until his retirement. He also worked as a welder at the US Navy Fore River Shipyard in Quincy for many years.

Bob could always be counted on for a quick and witty joke and had a wonderful sense of humor. He will be dearly missed by his family and many friends he met along the way.

Bob is survived by his sisters, Louise O'Brien of Pocasset and Dorothy Cooley of Michigan; a loving sister in law Marie Bernard; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.

He was the brother of the late Harriet Nemet, Henry Nemet, Russell Nemet and Richard Nemet.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial gathering in celebration of Bob' Life to be held on Friday, November 19th from 2-6pm at the Attleboro Elks Lodge #1014, 887 South Main St., Attleboro.
