Theresa A. Gauthier

Theresa A. (Farias) Gauthier, 80, of North Attleboro, formerly of Fall River, passed away Sunday, January 22, 2023. She was the wife of the late Joseph R. Gauthier. 

She was a devout Catholic. Theresa enjoyed bingo, sewing, listening to the oldies, 70's and 80's music and current hits on the radio.  She also enjoyed dancing and exercising in her chair, scratch tickets, watermelon gum, and participating in recreational activities.  She was a competitive scrabble player, a champion. She had an infectious smile and great sense of humor.

She is survived by Suzanne Gauthier, Karen Gauthier, companion of Jay Conaty (wife of the late Edward Hanrahan), Rene Gauthier, Debbie Brault and her husband Michael. Theresa was the grandmother of Kelsey Roy and her husband Joseph, Shane Hanrahan and the late Aidan Hanrahan; great-grandmother of Lena, Joseph and Juliet; sister of Anna Medeiros, Mary Faria and Veronica Moore; Her parents were Fernande and Anna (Rebello) Farias.

Visitation will be held Thursday, February 2, from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 NOON, at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St. Fall River, with a funeral service at NOON.  Committal prayers following at St. Patrick Cemetery.
