HAGOPIAN
GRANITE CITY — Andrew Hagopian, 93, passed away at 5:15 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2016 at Meridian Village, Glen Carbon. He was born Jan. 24, 1923, in Granite City. He married Angeline (Manoogian) Hagopian in 1949, and she passed away in 1973. He later married Annette (DerBedrosian) Hagopian Nov. 28, 1974. She survives. Visitation at St. Gregory Armenian Apostolic Church, Granite City, 4-8 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 11, 2016, with wake service at 7 p.m. Funeral services at the church at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 12. Burial rites, military honors at Sunset Hill Memorial Estates, Glen Carbon. www.irwinchapel.com.

So sorry to hear about the passing of Andrew. I went to College ( Central Methodist ) with his son Mike Hagopian and played on the College Soccer team together. Mike loved his Dad very much and I met Andrew a few times at Soccer games. A very good Man.
