Antoinette O'Brien Obituary
Maryville - Antoinette "Toni" O'Brien, age 84, of Collinsville, IL, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at Liberty Village Care Center in Maryville.
Toni is survived by her beloved husband, Paul; their five children: Maggi (David) Burg of Douglasville, GA, Paul Jr. (Cindy) O'Brien of Nashville, TN, Jane Kinnard of O'Fallon, IL, Daniel (Susan) O'Brien of Jonesborough, TN, and Irene (Dan) Waegner of O'Fallon, IL. Ten cherished grandchildren: Zach and Xanna Burg, Jacob, Rachel, and Abigail Kinnard, Libby and Katie O'Brien, Ryan, Logan, and Erin Waegner; and four treasured great-grandchildren: Adeline, Amelia, Emma, and Darcy.
She is also survived by two brothers: Jackson Jehle and Mark (Sue) Jehle; five sisters: Suzi Kelling, Jane (Jim) Schwartz, Mary Lou (Tim) Copley, Tracy (Bruce) Renison, and Betsy Kelley; as well as numerous nieces and nephews, all of whom she loved dearly.
A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 9 to 11 a.m. at SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Collinsville. A Memorial Mass will follow at 11 a.m., with Father Michael Haag celebrant. Burial will take place after the Memorial Mass at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery in Alton, IL.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to SS Peter & Paul Catholic School in Collinsville or Marquette Catholic High School in Alton. Contributions will be accepted at the visitation or may be mailed to Barry Wilson Funeral Home, 2800 N. Center Street, Maryville, IL 62062.
