Jeffrey Dvorak Obituary
STAUNTON — Jeffrey Scott Dvorak, 35, died Friday, Jan. 9, 2015, at his residence.
Born in Alton on Feb. 23, 1979, he was the son Deborah Hall of Staunton and Kevin (Kathleen) Dvorak of O'Fallon, Ill.
He was a self-employed flooring installer.
In addition to his parents and stepmother, he is survived by a grandfather, Kenneth Hall of South Roxana; stepson, Ryan Scott of East Alton; three daughters, Kala Dvorak of Bonne Terre, Mo., Jadan Dvorak of South Roxana, Jessa Dvorak of East Alton; brother, Daniel Dvorak of O'Fallon, Mo.; stepbrothers, Ronald (Anna) Konieczny of Lebanon, Ill., Russell Konieczny of O'Fallon, Ill.; sisters, Nichole Dvorak of O'Fallon, Ill., Gina (Charles) Ambrose of O'Fallon, Mo.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, at Marks Mortuary in Wood River, where services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 15, 2015. Pastor Brian Zitt will officiate.
Memorials may be made to the family for expenses.
