Rosewood Heights - Rosewood Heights—Kelly D.A. Foster, 46, of Rosewood Heights, IL passed away on Monday, September 30, 2024 at her home.
She was born on March 15, 1978 in Alton, IL to Fred C. and Dorothy (Overton) Foster.
The loving daughter was a hospice nurse who found her calling helping hospice patients. Kelly enjoyed music especially songs by Tina Turner and Stevie Nicks. One of Kelly's attributes was her laugh which was unforgettable.
Kelly is survived by her mother and her special friend, Josh.
Besides her father, Kelly is preceded in death by her grandparents, Wilma and Dale Overton,

I remember Kelly as a sweet little girl that would come and sit with me and my girlfriend in church. I told my then soon to be wife, I hope when we have a girl, she's like Kelly.

I am so sorry and saddened for the loss of Kelly. She was so fun and funny and would always make me laugh. She would somehow find humor in everything. I will always remember her sweet smile and distinct fun loving laugh. She will truly be missed.
