MARILYN J. SANDERS
JERSEYVILLE — Marilyn J. Sanders, 73, of Jerseyville, formerly of Hardin died at, 5:53 pm, Thursday, July 12, 2018 at her home. She was born on Oct. 16, 1944 in Pike County to Charles and Bernice (Givins) Neff (both deceased)
She married Ronald Sanders on Dec. 22, 1962. Ronald passed away in November of 1974. She retired from Home Depot – Service Desk in Georgia, gardening, flowers, and sewing She was a member of Hardin Presbyterian Church
Survivors include her children, Sandra McNabb & Bill of Falls church of Virginia; and Beth Pruitt & Barry of Jerseyville; grandchildren, Austin (Kelsey), Meghan, Gavin, & Torrie McNabb, Amy (John) Perdun, Sarah & Laura Pruitt; and great-grandchild,Luke Perdun; sisters, Dorothy (Greg) Pressey of Jonesboro of Arkansas; Carolyn Lawber of New Salem, Illinois; and Susie (Phil) Craven of Pittsville, Illinois; and long-time companion, Charles Mazwell of Jerseyville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, five brothers; Paul Jr., Ray, Roy, Sonny, and Charles Neff, sisters; Madelyn Gress and infant; Margie Neff
Visitation will be from 1:30 p.m. until the time of funeral services at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 22, 2018 at the Presbyterian Church in Jerseyville with Pastor John Beehler officiating.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to BJC Hospice or The American Lung Association.
