MIKE PLUMMER
SHIPMAN — Mike Plummer, 47, passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2018.
He was born on July 7, 1971, at St. Joseph Hospital in Alton, Illinois, the son of Holly and Eldon Plummer.
Mike enjoyed the outdoors and liked to garden. He liked to take pictures of wild life, especially eagles. Mike always had a warm heart when it came to animals and was always willing to take in a stray cat or dog.
Mike is survived by a son, Kyle Plummer of Godfrey; his parents, Eldon and Holly Plummer of Dunedin, Florida; a brother and his wife, Kevin and Regina Plummer of Godfrey; a nephew, Michael Fellion of Godfrey; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his grandmothers, Eileen Hancock and Mary Plummer; grandfathers, Buddy Kiel and Harry Plummer.
Memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, July 26, 2018, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Godfrey.
Memorials may be made to Macoupin County Animal Control in Carlinville, Illinois.
