SHARON ROBINSON
ALTON — Sharon K. (Butler) Robinson, 74, of Alton passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at Eunice Smith Care Center in Alton.
She was born March 19, 1943. She married Freeman A. Robinson August 7, 1959; he preceded her in death June 24, 2016. Sharon worked for several years at Beverly Farms; she loved her flower and statue gardens.
She is survived by four sons, Mark Robinson of Hoffman Estates, Illinois, Matthew (Cheryl) Robinson of Godfrey, David Robinson of Alton and Chris (Heather) Robinson of Brighton; daughter, Starla (Royce) Dempsey of Imperial, Missouri; 8 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, father, Carl Butler, and mother, Laura (Six) Steinman.
Visitation will be 10 until the time of services at 11 a.m. Saturday, July, 8 2017 at Paynic Home for Funerals in Rosewood Heights. Burial will follow at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto. Memorials can be made in care of the family. Online guestbook available at www.paynicfh.com.
