GRANITE CITY — Steven B. Fears, 64, died at 5:28 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 31, 2017 at Integrity Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Godfrey. He was born Aug. 18, 1953, in Venice, Illinois. In celebration of his life, a private family service will be held. In lieu of floral tributes, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association. Irwin Chapel of Granite City in charge of arrangements. www.irwinchapel.com.
