Carrie Prebich Obituary
Carrie Lynn Prebich, 61, of Carbondale passed away Sunday at Regional Hospital of Scranton. Her husband and best friend of 33 years is Robert J. Bendersky.
Born in Carbondale, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Sonia White Gray. Carrie loved her family and most referred to her as "mamabear". Perhaps what she will be remembered for most is her unconditional love, incredible garden, and passion for taking care of animals.
Surviving are her four children, Joseph Prebich, Clarion; Kyle Atkinson, Millbrook, Ala.; Nicole Ryan, Gilbert, Ariz.; Bobby Joe Bendersky, South Abington Twp.; and seven grandchildren, Emma, Kyler, Brody, Kage, Autumn, Jack and Lennon Rose.
A celebration of her life will be held at SS. Peter and Paul Parish Hall, located at 4 Doris Ave., Simpson, PA 18407, Saturday at 4 p.m.

Rest easy my old friend, Heaven received an Angel! See you when I get there. To Carrie's family, your Mom was one of a kind, she will be missed by all who knew her. I know I will never forget her. God Bless you all at this time!

I am so sorry to hear of the Loss of Carrie, I have many Memories of her, when she was small, Myself and Husband at the time where friends with Bob and Sonja, again I send prayers to the Family.
