Charles J. Hubbs, 42, of Nicholson, died Monday, June 7, at Geisinger Community Medical Center in Scranton.
He is survived by the love of his life, Paula Hubbs; daughters, Lexi Hubbs, Kaci Hubbs and Brinley Hubbs; a stepdaughter, Sophia Trusky; two sisters, Tina Hubbs and Tammy Snyder; father, Charles Hubbs; stepmother, Christina Hubbs; stepsister, Michelle Ruby; stepbrother, Michael Schuback; brother from another mother, Brian McElroy; and nieces and nephews. Charles was preceded in death by his mother, Kathy Clark Hubbs; maternal and paternal grandparents.
Charles was a hardworking man who loved his job as a truck driver at Erie Materials. He was a great family man and will always be remembered for his sense of humor and loving personality.
A memorial service by Pastor Terry Drost of the Peckville Assembly of God will be Monday, June 14, at 7 p.m. in the Charles H. Litwin Funeral Home, 91 State St., Nicholson. Friends may call from 6 p.m. until time of service.
