I was sorry to hear about Jerry's passing. He and I officiated many football games together and with Nick Bolick and we worked Junior Football games together for many years and had a great time . Especially his singing.
He was always a gentleman and for the kids.

Coach Burke was the first baseball coach at Bishop Hannan. He had the task of bringing players from different high schools together due to consolidation. Jerry Burke was the right man for the job! I often visited him on my return trips to Scranton. Coach was an outstanding person. I will miss him.
