Margaret M. Frosina

Margaret M. "Peggy" Frosina, 67, of Forest City, died Sunday morning at Marian Community Hospital, Carbondale. She was the wife of Lenny S. Frosina. They married Sept. 13, 1970.

Born Nov. 21, 1941, in Valley Stream, N.Y., daughter of the late Patrick and Alice McCart Cunnane, she was a member of the Forest City Catholic Community and had been a bookkeeper for Associated Food Markets in Brooklyn, N.Y., for many years. She and her husband were former residents of Ridgewood, N.Y., and have resided in Forest City since 1990.

She was an avid Mets fan, loved baking and enjoyed spending time at the Senior Citizens Center in Forest City.

Also surviving are two brothers, John Cunnane, Valley Stream; and William Cunnane, Virginia; and a grandson, Donovan Fulkenberry.

She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Sandra Lynn Fulkenberry.

The funeral will be Thursday at 9:15 a.m. from the Carmine J. and Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 89 Farview St., Carbondale, with Mass of Christian Burial at 10 in Sacred Heart Church, Hudson Street, Forest City, to be celebrated by the Rev. David Delzell, assistant priest. Interment, St. Joseph's Cemetery, Forest City.
