Mary Ambrosecchia, Olyphant, passed away Saturday in Carbondale Nursing Home. She was 85. She was the widow of Angelo Ambrosecchia.
Born in Carbondale, daughter of the late Phillip and Angelina Rocco Colachino, she was a member of Holy Ghost parish, Jessup.
Surviving are a daughter, Lisa Wagner and husband, Richard; a son, Angelo Ambrosecchia; sisters, Anna Evans, Carol Munley and Joanne Chumard; six grandchildren, Brittni, PJ and Brody Caines, Kelli Edwards, AJ and Ellie Ambrosecchia; seven great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a son, Joseph; brothers, Joseph, Tommy, William, Phillip, Dominick and Louie Colachino; and a sister Rose Carite.
She enjoyed anything involving Elvis and always enjoyed watching her grandchildren and great-grandchidren at sporting events.
A blessing service will be conducted Friday at 7 p.m. in the Michael P. Glinsky Funeral Home Inc., 129 Grant St., Olyphant, Pa. Friends may call 5 to 7 p.m. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.

To family: So sorry for your loss. Mary was such a nice person. I remember my daughter spending time with her and Brittni. Oh and I can´t forget such memorable moments they were.
