Maryann Marichak Obituary
Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Louise Silletti Kunda and was employed by Aramark in Dunmore.
Maryann was affectionately known as "Butch" by her family and friends. She was a talented seamstress and enjoyed teaching her children and grandchildren the art of sewing and crafting. She loved shopping, buying for and spoiling her grandchildren and took great joy when they were all together going "out to eat," especially for sushi. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Also surviving are daughters, Robin Jackson and husband, Ted, Wilkes-Barre; Deanna Golden and husband, Tommy, Dunmore; and Amanda Forgione and husband, Dan, Glendale, Calif.; a son, Robert "Boomer" M. Marichak, Dunmore; grandchildren, Delani, Tommi Jane, Molly, Max, Jared, Beau, Arya and Evie; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was also preceded in death by sisters, Lois Fadden and Rose Charette.
Services are private at the convenience of the family.

Amanda and Dan, We are so sorry for the loss of your mom. She was a very sweet lady and we enjoyed seeing her at several family outings. God Bless her. We are praying for you and we love you. Always, Helen, Guy, and Sean.
