Roman "Junior" Jerowski Jr., 84, Scranton, died Tuesday at Geisinger Community Medical Center, Scranton. He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Julie A. Dobransky, who passed July 11, 2020.

Born in Scranton, son of the late Roman Sr. and Verna Auriemma Jerowski, he was a graduate of West Scranton High School and went on to obtain his bachelor's degree in accounting, later retiring from Chamberlain as an accountant. He was a talented guitar player and musician in his younger years who also enjoyed bowling, and was an avid Minnesota Vikings fan.

A loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, he will be sadly missed.

He is survived by a daughter, Carolyn Jerowski, Scranton; sons, Mark of Bradenton, Fla., and Jeffrey of Scranton; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins; and his fur-daughter, Ginger.

He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Ronald, Jerry and Robert.

A funeral service will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in Savino Traditional Funerals and Cremation Care, 157 S. Main Ave., West Scranton. Carl J. Savino Jr., supervisor. Interment, Cathedral Cemetery, Scranton.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
