Theodora "Dory" Dorin, 75, of East Stroudsburg died Saturday, Nov. 27, at home. Dory was the loving wife of the late Thomas Dorin and spent 40 wonderful years together filled with love, laughter and joy.
Dory was born on Sept. 13, 1946, in Olyphant to the late Theodore and Adele Ditchkus Shopay.
She was a kind and loving person and will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her sisters, Adele Glinsky, Throop; and MaryAnn and husband, John Koropchak, Arizona; and godmother, Irene Ditchkus, Blakely; aunt, Dorothy Ditchkus, Scranton; sisters-in-law, Diane and husband, Bill Smith; and Lorraine and Joe Cudo; several nieces and nephews; and her faithful fury companion, Patriot.
Also a special thanks to her extended family and the doctors and staff at Pocono Medical Center for many years of friendship.
Funeral services were held at the Bensing-Thomas Funeral Home, Stroudsburg. Interment, Prospect Cemetery..
