Christa, I am deeply sorry for your loss. Yvonne was truly a lovely and uplifting person. Yvonne made orientation at Columbus Hospice fun but real. She was always a honest and sincere person. God called one of his more versatile and free angels home. Yvonne will definitely be missed.

I worked with Yvonne at BCBS. She was a kind and loving person. Her radiant smile was always so comforting when someone would have a bad day. Her love for animals was unreal. God has another Angel. My love and prayers go out to her family.

Today was a real struggle for me going to work. This was the day to bring Milo. You know that you were one of his favorite Aunts and he only had two. Your love for animals was amazing. You didn't care what shape they were in when you would find a stray you would rescue them. I will miss many things about you such as your flashing dress, jewelry, hair colors & styles, jokes, our private talks, but most of all watching you laugh because Milo would be trying to always clean your teeth. This was the kind of love you showed to many of our pets. This is so hard to believe and it doesn't feel real. You will be greatly missed by your hospice family. It's always said that the good and beautiful people leave their family and friends too early.

Dearest Flower of Rare Beauty, if only you saw yourself through my eyes and the eyes of all others around you. You were truly beautiful inside and out. I will never forget your contagious laugh and will miss our mutual admiration for all that is girly! Your heart for animals beat along side mine! How I wish I would have hugged and told you how much I love you the last time we talked. Thank you for being my friend and sharing your mother with me. I admire you more than you realized and appreciated the sound advise you gave me. I will never wear my DKNY Be Delicious perfume, or my long, flowy, girly skirts and not want to come show them to you. You have forever made the American Beauty rose my favorite...what I am trying to say is that I will miss you so and I love you, Yvonne!

Yvonne and I worked together for several years at BCBSGA. Her smile and laugh were contagious, her sense of humor hilarious and her friendship cherished. Yvonne had a very compassionate soul and was a caring friend to all. She will be missed dearly.

Yvonne, I have no words to express how I feel. I am in such shock still. I am overwhelmed with sadness. I am truly going to miss your smiling face everyday at work and you making me laugh....you always knew how to make someone smile. You did more than you know to make me feel good after I had Launa and then the help you gave and all you did while I was pregnant with the twins....you were truly an angel, always thinking of others before yourself and trying to make them smile. You will be missed more than words can say! All we have now are our memories of you and those we will always cherish! I was saddened to pick up the paper today to see where Yvonne had passed. I work indirectly with her at BC/BS and Columbus Hospice.Her family has my prayers thru this diffifcult time.
