Annabelle Chamberlain

Annabelle Chamberlain Kimball Twp. 87, of Kimball Township, died Sunday November 6, 2011 at Mt. Clemens Regional Medical Center. She was born May 19, 1924 in Saginaw the daughter of the late John W. and Marie (Ingelhardt) Kendall. Her marriage to Ray Chamberlain was November 29, 1941 in Indiana. She was an Eastern Michigan University graduate where she earned a bachelors degree in education. She taught for 30 years of which 27 were with the New Haven School District. Annabelle loved spending time with her family and enjoyed working on puzzles. Surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law, Loretta and Jim Kamlay of Columbus Township and Ann and Tom Churchill of Kimball Township, two sons and a daughter-in-law, Ray of Holt and Roy and Marian of Lenox Township; 19 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter Sandra DuPont and son Jeffrey. Her family honors the memory of Annabelle and invites you to visit and share memories Tuesday 2 to 8 p.m. at Kaatz Funeral Directors, Richmond. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday with 10 a.m. visiting. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, St. Charles Township. Memorials are suggested to "Wishes of the Family".
