Bernard T. Osowski

Bernard T. Osowski Port Sanilac Bernard T. Osowski, age 81, passed away Friday, March 25, 2011 in his home. He was born October 10, 1929, in Flint, to the late Theodore and Mary (Lucas) Osowski. He married Evelyn Lincoln on October 15, 1954 in Flint. Evelyn passed away in 1994. He later married Jeannette Marsom Clever on March 10, 2005 in Texas. Bernard was a WWII Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. and a Korean War Veteran of the U.S. Army. He retired after 35 years as a technology color analyst at DuPont. He was a member of the Eagles and the American Legion. He is survived by his wife Jeannette, one son Col. Ted (Sue) U.S.A.F. Ret. of Las Vegas, NV, five daughters Karen Sue (Dennis) Acha of Flushing, Kathy (Steve) Borrow of Flushing, Kay Osowski of Chicago, IL, Teresa Osowski of Flushing, and Nancy McLean of Holly. 11 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and his brother Stanley. Bernard was preceded in death by siblings Theodore, Valentina, Victoria, Antoinette and Mary Ann. Services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, March 28, 2011 at the Pomeroy Funeral Home in Carsonville, MI. The Rev. Eric Johnson, pastor of the Port Sanilac Methodist Church, will officiate. Visitation will be 2-9 p.m. Sunday and 1-2 p.m. Monday.
