George Odis Webb Jr.

Wales Township

George Odis Webb Jr., 74, of Wales Township, died Tuesday, April 28, 2015.

He was born October 28, 1940 in Goodells to the late George O. and Virginia M. Webb. He married Charlene Gross on March 4, 1960 in Port Huron. She died November 18, 2000.

 Mr. Webb owned and operated Webb Well Drilling for many years. He was a member of Emmett Lions Club, Moose Lodge #158, Smiths Creek Four Seasons Snowmobile Club and Emmett Road Runners. He enjoyed golf, fishing, hunting, boating, bowling, motorcycles and snowmobiling. He will be fondly remembered by his family for his unconditional love for them.

He is survived by his daughters, Cherie (Rodney) Lazarus and Renee Anderson; grandchildren, Jeremy Webb, Heather Hecox, Ryan Westbrook, Kevin Anderson and Adam Anderson; sisters, Marilyn (Edward) Bradley and Juanita Tubek (Dave Brown); several nieces and nephews and many lifelong friends.

Visitation will be from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 2, 2015 in Columbus Bible Church with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. The Reverend Woody Nelson will officiate.

Burial will follow in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Wales Township.
