Carl Lea Obituary
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Jeffries Cross Baptist Church with the family receiving friends an hour prior to the services and all other times they will be at the home. Interment will follow the services in the church cemetery. Public viewing will be on Friday at the funeral home from 1-9 pm.
He was the son of Mr. Claude Herman Lea Sr. and Mrs. Pearlie Mae Blackwell Lea both deceased.
He was a 1969 Jordan-Sellars High School graduate and was a member of Jeffries Cross Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife: Deborah "Sue" Parker Lea; two sons, Carl M. Lea Jr. (Marry) and Cedric L. Lea (Deirdre); three grandchildren; twin brother, Claude H. "Quail Byrd" Lea Jr. and sister, Linda Lea Turner (Keith).
In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Ben's honor to Jeffries Cross Baptist Church.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Ben. Ben was a good man, a devoted husband, a champion of a father and an attentive grandfather. He loved his family and gave his all for family.
