Donald Byrum Obituary

GRAHAM - Mr. Donald Wayne Byrum, 65, of 419 North Marshall St., Graham died at his residence on Thursday, July 29, 2010 at 5:45 p.m.
A native of Tarboro, he was the husband of Linda Darnell Routh Byrum, who survives and the son of Raymoth Daniel Byrum and Margaret Baker Byrum, both deceased. He was a member of Wicker Street Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife, Linda of the home, survivors include three daughters, Margaret Kathleen Byrum of Burlington, Donna Bare Hall of Snow Camp, and Christy Hardin of Graham; one son, James Edwin Bare of Maryland; five grandchildren, Tonya Hall, Erica Bare, Justin Hall, Ashlyn Terry and Hailey Ewell; and two sisters, Eva Williamson and husband Richard and Janice Ellington and husband Michael, all of Graham.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Ray Byrum and Robert Byrum.
A memorial service will be conducted at the Rich & Thompson Chapel in Graham on Sunday, August 1, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. by Rev. Steve Pruitt with the family receiving friends following the service. Other times, they will be at the residence.
Memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Alamance-Caswell, 914 Chapel Hill Road, Burlington, NC 27215.
