Jimmy Moore Obituary
A native of Person County, he was the husband of the late Odell Long Moore and the son of Isaac Moore and Jewel Duncan Moore, both deceased. He was a carpenter and a member of Temple Baptist Church in Haw River.
Survivors include three daughters, Tammy Moore-Andrews and husband Kenny of Graham, Sherri Stirewalt-Kilby and husband Michael of Hickory and Gail Russell and husband Darrell of Burlington; eight grandchildren, Andrea Lawson of Burlington, Kenneth Andrews, Jr. of Tacoma, WA, Taylor York and husband Latham of Hickory, Bryson Stirewalt of Washington, DC, Connor Stirewalt of Charlotte, Braxton Kilby of Hickory, Brandon Russell and wife Erin of Burlington and Travis Russell and wife Erica of Mt. Pleasant, SC; and seven great-grandchildren.
In light of the recent restrictions due to the Coronavirus, a private graveside service will be conducted at Alamance Memorial Park.

So sad,sorry for lose of a great man. Cousin Jimmy was like a brother to me. When out tagging behind him and brother Bobby Moore,would always stop by milk cow fill my bottle EVERY time became empty. Learned a lot from him.
I feel that the Lord welcomed him with open arms. I will miss the man tremendously,remember our lives together forever.

Tammy and family,
Our deepest sympathy, our thoughts and prayers are with you. Saw you and Jimmy in Creedmoor last and was just asking Mom last week if she had heard from Jimmy. A very sad time I know for you all.
