Mrs. Mary Jo Morrow Webb, 73, of Mebane passed away Thursday, July 26, 2018 at 12:05 p.m
A native of Alamance County, she was the wife of Robert H. Webb, Jr., who survives and the daughter of the late William Henry Morrow and Isabel Pugh Morrow, who survives. Mrs. Webb retired from the UNC Chapel Hill School of Medicine, where she was an administrative assistant. She was a quilter, gardener and loved to cook and travel. Mary Jo was a member of Bethlehem Presbyterian Church where she served as an Elder, Sunday School teacher, Youth leader and member of the Women of the Church and choir. Her family was always first in her life.
In addition to her husband of the home and mother of Mebane, survivors include three children, Angela Monroe and husband Keith of Archdale, Alan Webb and wife Angie of Mebane and Amy Crume of Mebane; four grandchildren, Sydney Webb of Mebane, Ethan Crume of Dunn, Jordan Crume of Mebane and Paris Yates and husband Alex of Shacklefords, VA; sister, Ann Hall McFarland and husband Brack, of Hillsborough; brother, Max Morrow of Haw River; and multiple nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Rich & Thompson Funeral Home and Crematory in Graham on Sunday, July 29, 2018 from 5 until 8 p.m. Other times they will be at the residence.
The funeral service will be conducted at Bethlehem Presbyterian Church, Mebane, NC on Monday, July 30, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. by Rev. Scott Lawson. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
