ecil Audell Antwine,
Jr., age 84, of Toccoa, Ga.,
beloved father, husband,
and brother, entered into
God's Kingdom on Friday,
June 6, 2025, at Hospice of
Northeast Georgia Medi-
cal Center in Gainesville
Born July 23, 1940, in
Aiken, S.C., Cecil was the
son of the late Cecil Audell
Sr. and Ruby Jewell Lucas
Antwine.
Cecil lived a life deeply
rooted in his unwavering
faith in God. He loved
studying the word and was
always eager to share the
truth of the Gospel with
those around him. His life
was a living testimony to
the love, grace, and wis-
dom of his Lord and Sav-
ior, Jesus Christ. Cecil ex-
emplified what it meant to
walk in faith.
One of his great pas-
sions was researching his
ancestry and tracing his
family tree. He spent
countless hours uncover-
ing family history, pre-
serving the legacy of those
who came before him, and
passing on stories that
might otherwise have
been forgotten. His dedica-
tion to understanding and
honoring his heritage re-
flected the same devotion
he gave to every part of his
life, his faith, his family,
and his purpose.
He proudly served his
country as a United States
Marine Corps veteran, and
he carried the values of
honor, duty, and service
with him throughout his
life.
He will be remembe
red
most for his deep love for
God and family.
Cecil is survived by his
wife, Susie Da
